Do you know how to tone chest muscles? I mean really good. Like great looking breasts on a doll. Or like big strong men with pecs that would crush the rest of the girls’ boobs.

Yes many have seen gains, but its type of discouraging atmms at this point and I’m wondering if maybe there’s any special exercise any one of us do to TONE that chest…not build it up like most atmms and so want to tone those muscles not bulk up on that bench press. You put your hands on the rails of the machine and give or take up to a half a dozen reps depending on how much ram you can push against the bar. The one area where they can’t be used is the back because they put so much strain on the lower back and are not strong enough to support your pecs. When you get good at doing them, you will want to get a couple of these in your workout. You can use a machine for all of your routine and not miss a beat.
